1. Breizh Café
This is one of our favorite addresses! Bertrand Larcher and his team set up shop in the Chartrons district a few months ago. On the menu? Innovative, gourmet crepes. At Breizh Café, buckwheat is served in a variety of ways, from starters to desserts. Rich in discoveries, the menu is a skilful blend of Breton, Japanese and Southwestern specialties. Galette magret de canard fumé, poêlée de champignons, œuf brouillé, comté and crème fraiche, Breizh Roll with blue lobster, avocado, celery, granny smith apple, miso and yuzu mayonnaise or crêpe suzette yuzu flambéed with Grand Marnier… You’re in for a treat! All accompanied by a delicious Poiré cider!

3. Name of a crêpe
A little piece of Brittany nestles in rue Saint-Rémi: Nom d’une crêpe. You’ll find bowls of well-made cider and buckwheat pancakes, generously garnished and original. Reblochon, camembert, black pudding, raclette, Saint-Jacques… You’re spoilt for choice. And gourmets won’t be outdone! Formerly known as “La crêpe d’Angèle”, this crêperie, strategically located in Gambetta right next to the UGC Ciné Cité cinema, is the place to go to recover from your emotions over a good buckwheat pancake and a bowl of organic cider . In a typical setting with Breton bowls and old wooden chairs, you can choose between “classic galettes” and more original recipes.
