It’s true,October isn’t usually the sexiest month of the year. It sounds the death knell for summer, heralding the arrival of the puddles that flood our sidewalks and naturally invite us to hang out under the comforter more than we should… Don’t panic, we’ve got just what you need. Here’s a roundup of not-to-be-missed activities for October 2024!
Support the fight against breast cancer with the Pink Ribbon Challenge
Let’s all get involved! Unfortunately, breast cancer is still the most common cancer in women, and the leading cause of death (+12,000 deaths per year). However, each and every one of us can fight the disease through prevention and screening. A charity race will be organized for the occasion, the famous Pink Ribbon Challenge. We were 20,000 strong last year, and raised over €280,000. We need to do even better this year! Meet us at 9am at the Miroir d’Eau on October 19 and 20 to run the 7km race.
