On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Bordeaux will vibrate to the rhythm of instruments, voices and bass to celebrate the Fête de la Musique in style! Every year, the metropolis is transformed into a huge open-air stage, where free concerts, DJ sets and musical entertainment take to the streets, parks, bars and most unusual places to get the Bordelais dancing! And believe us, this year’s edition promises to be even more festive! Whether you’re a rock fan, electro enthusiast, jazz lover or curious about the sounds of the world, there’s something for everyone. Here’s a roundup of the not-to-be-missed venues and events on June 21!
Bordeaux Fête le Vin joins the party
For the first time, two official stages will be set up as part of Bordeaux Fête le Vin! One under the plane trees, the other on the banks of the Garonne. From 7pm to 11pm, several DJs will be taking turns throughout the evening to get wine lovers dancing! One thing’s for sure, you won’t have time to get bored! And to round off the evening in style, a luminous drone show will take shape over the Garonne River. Starting at 11 p.m., 500 drones will dance in the sky to the sound of a soundtrack specially designed for the event! Magic, isn’t it?
Eclectic atmosphere at Parc Bordelais
The Parc Bordelais is transformed into a festive venue from 7pm, with three themed stages! A 100% female stage with Peau d’Orange, Romy White and Isadorée for a musical journey through afro beats, house and baile funk! Another stage features a back-to-back set between the Amplitudes and L’Orangeade collectives. And the final stage will welcome solo act Lala Sound for a groovy, soaring vibe! A fête de la musique in the Parc Bordelais is ideal for families or those wishing to enjoy the festival in a greener setting!
Rock and indie at Square Dom Bedos

Organized by Allez les Filles, Bordeaux Rock, and the Conservatoire Jacques Thibaud, the fête de la musique party at Square Dom Bedos is all about rock and diversity. American Sid Simons will be headlining, along with French artists Edgar Déception, Clarence, The Big Idea and talent from the Conservatoire! From 6 p.m. to 12.30 a.m., you’ll be able to feast (yes, you can eat on site) while enjoying these extraordinary sounds! A unique atmosphere guaranteed!
9 hours of festivities on Place de la République

If you’re looking for the most immersive party in town, head for Place de la République! The music will be blasting from 4pm to 1am, with a packed program just the way we like it! A dozen guests including selectress trio The Old Ladies (reggae roots, French dub), DJ Flouf la rage (techno, trance, ambient) and artist piaconcept (drum and bass, techno). To recap, on the music side, you’ll be treated to techno, reggae, trance, dub and house sets, and on the ambience side, an immersive scenography, low-priced bars and a chill-out area with Shapatea Express iced teas! What more could you ask for? We’re told it’s one of the favorite spots for electronic music fans!
The historic heart beats to the rhythm of the concerts

Of course, downtown Bordeaux will be the natural stage for the party. No need for a map: just follow the crowd and the decibels! What awaits you at Place de la Bourse? A magical setting, local artists and an eclectic atmosphere. And in the city’s other emblematic venues, such as Place Pey Berland, Palais Rohan, Place du Palais, Place Saint-Projet and Quinconces: each venue will offer its own program, from jazz to pop and hip-hop to electro! And for those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, head for the Quais de la Garonne!
