Wine cellars, movie-and-dinner events, or even Michelin-starred restaurants… It’s hard to get bored when it comes to fine dining in Bordeaux. And to add even more variety to the experience, we invite you to the Refugee Food Festival. A gourmet event promoting solidarity that brings local chefs and refugee cooks together around the same table. The goal of the initiative? To introduce us to the richness of their culinary heritage and promote professional integration through the sharing of expertise. With over a hundred partner establishments across France, get ready for some wonderful culinary discoveries.
10 years of unique culinary collaborations

The Refugee Food Festival returns to Bordeaux for its 10th edition, from June 22 to 27, 2026, with an ever-growing number of Bordeaux restaurants participating. For nearly a week, their menus will take on a whole new dimension, featuring collaborative creations and international dishes. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover a whole range of new flavors from around the world, thanks to these dedicated restaurateurs. Whether for lunch or dinner, the promise remains the same: to offer you a unique and convivial experience around a joyful and creative table.
A 9-stop culinary journey
With no fewer than 9 participating venues, the festival takes you to the four corners of the world without leaving the “Sleeping Beauty.” Discover the program:
June 22–26 (Senegal): Stop by Six Bordeaux, where Victor and Omar invite you to sample their delicious Franco-Senegalese hot dogs.
Monday, June 22 (Georgia): Head to the Mériadeck Library for an evening of film screenings, a roundtable discussion, and a Georgian cocktail reception co-created by Natalia and Tom, the chef at Café BB.
June 24–28 (Eritrea): Indulge in sweet treats at Pure Pâtisserie. Damien and Asha will delight you with creations that celebrate Eritrean flavors.
Tuesday, June 23, at lunchtime (Nigeria): Head to Nigeria at the vegetarian restaurant Molino. Cuisine as delicious as it is surprising, straight from the hands of Alexandre, Marion, and Augusta.
Wednesday, June 24, evening (Tajikistan): The restaurants Samarqand and Kedem join forces. Enjoy a tasting menu with Tajik influences created by Mokhigoul, Gil, and Ronan.
Thursday, June 25 (Lebanon & Syria): At lunchtime, enjoy Lebanese dishes prepared by Rabih at Les Petites Cantines. For dinner, Rabee takes the helm at the Flou bistro with a full menu featuring Syrian cuisine.
Friday, June 26, at noon (Bangladesh): Head to the exclusive setting of Château Palmer’s wine-grower’s canteen. Jean-Denis Le Bras, Cédric, and Monir will welcome you there for a wonderful moment of sharing.
Saturday, June 27, starting at 6 p.m.: Don’t miss the grand closing night at Garage Moderne. Embark on a unique culinary journey orchestrated by Nataliia (Ukraine) and Rabih (Lebanon). A gourmet tasting event with a social mission, punctuated by concerts for a festive touch!
