Buvette, the neighborhood cellar
Buvette (we love the name) is a neighborhood cellar with a refined style, but without the pomp and circumstance of some wine bars. With its large bay windows and impressive 4-metre-high wall of wine bottles, you can’t help but stop when you pass by! Located on the corner of Cours Alsace-Lorraine and Rue des Bahutiers, opposite the Les Berthom bar (for beer lovers), this cellar can accommodate 35 people inside and 15 outside – that’s a lot of friends. Here, we offer a selection of natural and biodynamic red, white, rosé, orange and sparkling wines. The idea is to trust manager Marianne Lay and her team to guide you through 70 references!

ComplanTerra, the gourmet

ComplanTerra is both a cellar and a wine bar specializing in biodynamic, organic and natural wines. The name ComplanTerra evokes both “complantation”, a biodynamic principle promoting biodiversity, and “Terra”, the symbol of the Earth to be preserved. Located in Bordeaux’s Saint Paul district, the restaurant offers a fine selection of wines accompanied by spreads, charcuterie and cheeses. The partners work directly with French organic producers and regularly organize tasting classes to enrich the experience! So, would you like to give it a try?

Le Métropolitain, the tasty

Located on the Cours d’Alsace-et-Lorraine, Le Métropolitain captivates with its friendly atmosphere and love of flavors. Behind the counter, the team makes a point of offering a rigorous selection of natural, organic and independent wines, chosen for their authenticity. Here, wine is served by the glass or bottle, accompanied by generous platters of local produce in a warm and inviting setting. A place where sommeliers, amateurs and neophytes come to share a pleasant moment over a good glass.
Levain le Vin, organic and local

The place where passion for bread and wine meet. Even before we were charmed by their products, it was the exceptional play on words that caught our eye! Levain Le Vin is a local shop that celebrates products made by natural fermentation, known as “living” products. Here, you’ll find organic, biodynamic and natural wines, which go very well with their 100% natural sourdough bread. You can also enjoy charcuterie (beef, Iberian Bellota), local cheeses, tapas and homemade spreads! With its relaxed atmosphere, it’s the ideal place for lunch, a private event or an evening out with friends!
