Already ranked as one of the best places to eat ramen in Bordeaux, Fufu Ramen is set to consolidate its success in the Gironde capital with the opening of a new store: Fufu Tonkotsu. To mark the occasion, the new establishment is announcing an exceptional operation: the distribution of 150 free ramen per day from November 17 to 21. On your chopsticks, fans of Japanese flavors!
Gourmet inauguration: 750 ramen dishes in 5 days
To mark this eagerly-awaited opening, Fufu Tonkotsu is launching a gourmet inauguration with the free daily distribution of 150 ramen dishes during the launch period, from November 17 to 21. This large-scale initiative is a special invitation to enthusiasts and the curious to discover the excellence of their signature recipe.
Go to 36 rue Saint-Rémi (just opposite Fufu Ramen’s original address) to take part in this event, which promises to attract the usual Bordeaux crowd. Please note: reservations are not possible. The principle is clear: it’s first come, first served, and you’ll have the chance to enjoy this comforting broth for free.
Celebrating the art of Tonkotsu ramen
Fufu Ramen has already conquered the hearts of the Bordelais, and now the brand is reaffirming its talent by dedicating its new premises to Tonkotsu ramen. A culinary specialty of the Fukuoka region and an emblematic Japanese dish, this type of ramen is the result of slow, meticulous preparation of quality products. The method involves simmering pork bones for long hours. This process releases all their aromas and gives the broth its sought-after creamy, milky texture. The end result is a perfect balance between deep flavor and velvety texture: a true delight.
Two restaurants, one expertise
Opened in 2010, Fufu Ramen has become the benchmark traditional Japanese canteen in Bordeaux. This noodle-barputs homemade food first and immerses visitors in an authentic atmosphere. At the counter or at the table, you can watch the cooks at work while enjoying ramen, yakisoba or gyozas. An address that’s always worth a visit!
