Chef Philippe Etchebest‘s gourmet restaurant has already earned its first star, and recently its second! Less than 4 years after opening Maison Nouvelle in the Chartrons district, the Bordeaux chef joins the very select circle of Bordeaux’s double-starred restaurants. His seasonal menu is further proof of his taste for good things.

2. L’Oiseau Bleu: 1 star
Deux-Sévrien François Sauvêtre, chef de brigade at the Bordeaux restaurant, was awarded his first star in the 2020 Michelin Guide. He has kept it to this day, thanks to his clear, uncluttered cuisine that magnifies flavors.
