After several months of renovation, this emblematic Bordeaux landmark has been given a new lease of life – and now provides the perfect backdrop for one of La Nouvelle Garde ‘s most convivial brasseries .
Conceived as a tribute to the region, Brasserie Vinatier blends Parisian elegance with Southwestern authenticity. On the menu are revisited classics and local specialties – steaming cassoulet, Bordeaux-style porcini mushrooms, crispy grattons… A true gustatory voyage to the heart of the terroirs that are the pride of Bordeaux.
