After several months of renovation work, this iconic Bordeaux venue has been given a new lease of life. It is now home to one of La Nouvelle Garde’s most welcoming brasseries.
Designed as a tribute to the region, Brasserie Vinatier combines Parisian elegance with the authenticity of southwestern France. The menu features revisited classics and local specialties. Depending on the season, you can indulge in steaming cassoulet, Bordeaux-style cep mushrooms, or crispy grattons.
