A mountain chalet in the heart of Bordeaux
Starting November 2 and throughout the winter season, the Chalet d’Altitude returns to the Boutique Hotel & Spa’s indoor garden. Nestled right in the heart of the Golden Triangle, this pop-up retreat offers a refreshing escape. Forget the hustle and bustle of the city and snuggle up next to the raclette machine.
Exclusively reserved for your table, the chalet offers an intimate and friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to recapture the spirit of evenings in the mountains—without having to drive all the way to the Alps.
No chalet is complete without raclette
To fully enjoy this alpine getaway, the Chalet d’Altitude offers a raclette package for €39 per person, excluding drinks and desserts.
Cheese lovers can choose from three varieties from Maison Beillevaire: braised raclette, Grand Cru, or truffle-infused. The meal is accompanied by a selection of artisanal charcuterie. Gran Reserva Serrano ham, Iberian chorizo, and Bellota sausage round out this feast.
Melt-in-your-mouth potatoes, mushrooms, pickles, and a green salad also accompany this generous spread. It’s everything you need for a true mountain-style evening!
To extend the experience, choose from a selection of wines, signature cocktails, and mulled wine with mild spices. Those with a sweet tooth can also end on a sweet note with one of the desserts on the menu.
