Designated a “Remarkable Garden,” the gardens of Losse harmoniously extend the spirit of the château. Inspired by both French and Italian traditions, they offer a true sensory journey.
Through boxwood alleys and fragrant flowerbeds, you’ll follow a sublime path lined with topiary and rosebushes. Further on, a shaded arbor leads to various enclosed gardens where flowers, aromatic plants, and geometric shapes intermingle. The Bain des Nymphes, a former 17th-century pool, adds a touch of romance to the stroll. Lovers of garden art will also appreciate the “chambres de verdure” and the delicate patterns of the lower garden, inspired by the famous Renaissance knot gardens.
For families, a bamboo grove features a small maze that delights the little ones. Finally, to extend your visit, you can take a break in the Jardin de la Princesse, a peaceful space that also features a tea room and areas designed for relaxation.
